The Bear Foot Condo is a great spot for a vacation.  This is a two story unit, with no units above or below so it is quiet.  The upstairs has the living areas, the bedroom with two twin beds and a remodeled bathroom.  The downstairs has two additional bedrooms, an extra large room with a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed.  These bedrooms share a marble bathroom, with an oversized soaking tub and shower.  Downstairs has a good sized fenced patio, great for dining al fresco in the Summer, and building a snow man for the little ones in the Winter.

The full kitchen is light and bright with a skylight, marble countertops, and completely equiped, including full size oven and refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, griddle, and all the pots/pans/dishes for cooking and baking.

The living room sports a leather sleeper sofa (queen-size, bedding not supplied), a fireplace, and lots of light from the balcony.  The balcony has a gas grill for barbecues.

The dining area has a table that can be expanded to seat eight.

There is also a washer and dryer in the unit with all of the necessary supplies.

Soaps, shampoos, and hairdryer are supplied for your use. 

In addition, the Bear Foot Condo has books, games, puzzles, a huge movie library(VCR), alarm clock/CD radios, a DVD player in both the living and master bedroom, and a VCR player in the living room.  Cable TV is provided. 

Children's equipment include a port-a-crib, a portable high chair, a six sided play yard, and some toys and coloring books. 

Beach equipment includes beach towels and an ice chest.  Snow equipment includes sledding disks.

Bed Arrangement:  one King, one Queen, and two Twin beds with new mattresses, new bedding, and down comforters and quilts on the King and Queen.  In addition, there is a new queen sleeper sofa for which no bedding is supplied.
